Unopened hair in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene, opened or worn hair can't be returned unless faulty. See our Refund Policy.
With gentle care, 6-12 months for clip-ins and halos; tape-ins and keratin tips 2-4 months per install and can be re-applied.
